Goffstown Congregational Church Turkey Supper

Come for a wonderful Turkey dinner at the Congregational Church of Goffstown in Stark Hall on Church Street in Goffstown.  This event is open to the public on Saturday, January 14th from 5:00-6:30pm. Menu – turkey, potatoes, vegetables, bread, beverage and dessert. Cost: Adults - $8  Children - $4.

Goffstown Congregational Church Hosts Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery comes to the Congregational Church of Goffstown parish house, 8 Main Street, on Monday nights at 7:00, beginning January 9th.  Celebrate Recovery meets weekly and provides a Christian approach to help overcome issues that frequently lead to addictions (alcohol, drug, food, etc.) and other hurtful habits.  Seek God’s grace in helping you solve life’s problems, and ask him to release you from the addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors that have been holding you back from authentic joy in your life.   For more information contact Becky at missbekka@comcast.net.

Christmas Eve at Goffstown Congregational Church

All are welcome to a Christmas Eve service of Carols and Candles at 7 P.M. at the Congregational Church of Goffstown, 8 Main Street.  Eggnog and cookies are to follow and there is a free gift for all visitors.    Pastor Bob McKenney

Women's Study Fellowship at Goffstown Congregational

Wednesday noon group-starts September 7. We will meet at Dee Sturtvant’s-534 Mountain Rd.Goffstown.  All women are welcome to attend both meetings.
Thursday evening group-starts September 15 at 7:00. We will meet in the Sun Room(2nd floor) of the Parish house at 8 Main Street, Goffstown.
We will both be working with Phillip Ryken’s book-“Discovering God in Stories from the Bible.” Books are available for $11. Any questions see or call Becky Ford-232-1116

So, I look forward with expectation for the discoveries about God that all of us will make as we journey together into a deeper understanding of who he is and therefore who we truly were made to be.

Community Dinner at Goffstown Congregational Church

Please join us for a "Community Church Dinner" sponsored by the Congregational Church of Goffstown. The supper will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 5:00pm in Stark Hall, 3 Church St., Goffstown, N.H.  The meal will include: Corned Beef ,vegetables, potatoes, bread, drinks and dessert. The cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children, and children under 5 years old are free.  All are welcome to attend and the hall is handicap accessible.   All proceeds support the church worldwide missions.
