Thank you from Friends of the Goffstown Library

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! We’ve heard that from our moms and dads for years, and the Friends of the Library now have empirical confirmation. April 1st the Friends of the Library spent the morning at the Odd Fellows Webster Lodge #24 serving hearty fare to folks coming in for a little pleasant chatter and a lot of great food.

The Friends of the Library want to thank the Odd Fellows organization for their generous support of our organization and their efforts across the community to help make our corner of the world a little kinder and a lot more friendly. We would also like to thank the remarkable Student Ambassador group from Goffstown High School who worked with the Friends to assist in hostess and clean up duties at the breakfast. Specifically Molly Gross, Elle Dever, Dessaline Etienne, Tyler Grinley, Sara Ocanovic, Nikki Paquette and Stasia Swiadas who all arrived at 7:30 sharp on a chilly April morning in bright yellow tee shirts and just as bright smiles.

The Friends of the Library is a membership driven organization which works to raise funds to assist the Goffstown Public Library in many areas, most notably perhaps the Museum Pass program.
