The New Boston Central School Kickoff to Summer 5K race/walk in memory of Dave Cramb will be held Saturday, June 18.
The race will begin at the NBCS. A "mad dash" for the younger kids kicks off the race at 9:15 a.m. New this year, there will be a 1-mile fun run for children ages 8 to 12 at 9:30 a.m. The 5K will begin at 10 a.m., with the walkers to immediately follow.
The race course is a flat and windy loop along the Piscataquog River. Terrain incudes both dirt and pavement. Awards and prizes will be given out to many age divisions. The first 100 racers to register will receive a free T-shirt.
Many sponsorship opportunities available in support of this fundraiser, and your sponsorship will be given full exposure in the townwide flier being sent out to all of New Boston.
